It is used to receive calls between aircrafts and tower. With the fine performance antenna (VHF segment antenna), it can receive calls between various types of aircrafts and tower within about 150Km in the open, come on and try it, it will not let you down.
Features:
It adapt PIC18F1320 single-chip microcomputer as the main control, built-in high-precision PLL circuit, and comes with a frequency indicator circuit, the receiving frequency cover 118~136MHz, 100KHz Stepping.
The kit adopts bandpass filter + high amp +NE602+MC3361+TA7640+LM386 to complete the secondary frequency conversion, one IF 10.7MHz, two IF 455KHz, ultra-high sensitivity, can receive 118-136MHz AM signal.
With LED tuning indicator function, can help to accurately and quickly adjust to the receiving frequency, give you a better using experience.
With quiet noise circuit, free setting threshold, to ensure the comfort of listening, to avert long time noise. At the same time use audio special digital potentiometer (FM62429) to adjust the noise threshold and volume.
Ceramic filters are used in the first and second intermediate frequency circuits, which greatly reduces the difficulty of amateur measurement.

Since the VHF band has been similar to the transmission of light ---- linear transmission, the receiving site is accessible to the airport but the distance is far (greater than 25Km), please be sure to install the VHF segment antenna and other high-gain antennas, If there are large obstacles between the receiving site and the airport (including but not limited to tall buildings, mountains and big towers), be sure to avert the obstacles. Otherwise, we can only receive one-way signal of the aircrafts on the way to approach.
